5 THINGS YOU SHOULD DO TO GET YOUR EX BACK

Heartbroken? Can’t stop crying yourself out?  Losing your mind over dealing with break ups?  Here are the five steps  that you might want to look into in the process of getting your ex back.  There are break contact, stop being needy, get your life back, start working out, and lastly contact your ex. I will explain all this steps in this article, and show you how you can unite with your in no time.

Break Contact. I can see your head full of questions mark right now right now and wondering how this is even possible. I know you must be thinking this is a joke or something, but guess what I’m serious!!. Try to keep very minimal contact or no contact at all with your ex for about a month or so. Stop calling them, stop sending text messages or anything in that nature.  One of the most common practice that people tend to do is something that I called message terrorism where they can’t stop sending messages to their ex begging and pleading to get back.  I’m sure you aware of this typical things right?, but has it ever happen occur to you to realize that anything like phone calls, text message ,e-mail or even facebook wall comment after the break up can be considered too much for your ex, think about it. At this point the best way is just to be totally cool and accept the fact that both of you has broke up.

Stop Being Needy. The easiest way to stop being needy is to find other needs. Try to find something else what can be important to you. Put your passion not only in the other person, but also in hobby, goals or activities. Passion is what makes you needy. While it is possible to make your ex take you back out of pity, it's not what we are trying to accomplish here. You want your ex to be attracted to you again, not to feel sorry for you.

Get Your Life Back. It's time to call your old friends that you've probably neglected lately. Do it right now. Start having massive fun. Note that this is not some feel good advice. Being happy on your own is very important if you want to attract people into your life, and, most important, to get your ex back. So, make sure you put your life in order

Start Working Out. When you work out, endorphins are released inside your body, so, you will feel a lot better. It will make you look better too, so you'll get a boost in your confidence. Remember: confidence is one of the most attractive traits you can have (every dating advice I've read - good or bad - included this cliché - the power of confidence). But, confidence comes with success while you've just been dumped. It's not going to be easy, but, don't worry too much. I'm going to give you all the tools you need to get success, so confidence will happen automatically.

Contact Your Ex. If your ex doesn't contact you after 4 weeks, you can contact them and have a light conversation. There are a few steps you need to do before actually contacting your ex. You'll easily find them in the materials I will give you (check the resources at the bottom of this article). Avoid talking about your past relationship. Don't ask your ex if they are dating someone new and don't brag about how many people you are sleeping with or dating (that's lame... only losers brag). Just keep it light while avoiding any arguments. Also, be cool and don't let them think you're desperate to see them.
